NyaySamwad ("we," "us") is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected via our Service. This Policy serves as our notice to you under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

By accessing or using our Service through any channel (including messaging applications, our website, or mobile app), you give your free, specific, and informed consent to the processing of your Personal Data as described in this Policy. To provide the Service, we process identifiers associated with the channel you use. This may include your phone number (for messaging apps like WhatsApp or Telegram), email address, or a unique user ID (for our website or mobile app).
Conversation Data:
The queries you send and the AI-generated responses.
Warning: We urge you NOT to share any sensitive personal, financial, or confidential case details. You are solely responsible for the data you voluntarily provide.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your Personal Data only to operate the Service: receiving your query, transmitting it to our third-party AI provider (a Data Processor), and returning the response to you. We may use anonymized data to improve the service.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Your data is shared with the following categories of Data Processors:
Core AI Provider:
To generate responses, your queries are processed by our AI provider, Google (using the Gemini API), and are subject to its privacy policies.
Third-Party Channels:
When you access our Service through a third-party application (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram), your interaction is also governed by that application's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third-party channels.
5. Your Rights as a Data Principal
At present we are not storing any personal data of the users. The product is in ALPHA testing and hence no data is being preserved or collected.
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access a summary of your data, request correction or erasure of your data, and have your grievances redressed. Please contact our Grievance Officer to exercise these rights.
6. Data of Children
This service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly process the data of children.
