These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and the operators of NyaySamwad.org ("NyaySamwad," "we," "us"). By using our AI chatbot service ("Platform" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. User's Affirmation

By using this Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Description and Role of the Service

NyaySamwad is a technology platform providing access to an automated legal information service. Our proprietary, automated systems enhance and contextualize your query to guide the generation process by a third-party Artificial Intelligence model. The entire process is executed programmatically without any human authorship, editing, or case-specific legal review by us. Accordingly, our role is strictly limited to that of a technology facilitator, not a legal service provider or content author. All information generated by the Platform is provided "AS IS," and we expressly disclaim all liability for its content.

3. User Conduct and Obligations

In compliance with Indian law, you agree not to use the Service to host, display, upload, modify, publish, or share any information that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, harmful to minors, or threatens the unity and integrity of India.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NyaySamwad, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NyaySamwad and its creators from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including advocate's fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
